Happy World Kindness Day – Monday, November 13, 2023
Today we raised the Ripple of Kindness Flag at City Hall in Barrie.
Today we gathered to reflect and celebrate kindness.
Kindness in our community, to ourselves and to each other.
Kindness comes in many forms and it’s kindness that can bring a community together.
Let’s keep kindness in our hearts everyday. Be a friend, call someone you haven’t spoken to in awhile, visit a family member, help a neighbour or smile at a stranger. You never know how that small ripple of kindness can make a difference.
Thank you to our members for making this kindness journey possible. The charities in our community for working so hard to continue to provide support for people in need, and ripple member Samantha White for the design of our beautiful new ROK flag.
